Meet the Brains Behind the Chatbots
Darren is the sales-savvy, automation-obsessed brain behind the chatbot build. With over 25 years of experience in sales, tech and solution-based industries (plus a spreadsheet for everything), he’s launched and led multiple successful businesses—from e-commerce to real estate and property investment.
Spotting the rise of AI early on, Darren saw a big opportunity to turn websites into round-the-clock sales machines. So he did what any entrepreneur would do—he harnessed the power of AI and built a business that makes sales smarter, simpler, and scalable.
Darren is the guy who knows how to take complex tech and turn it into smart, sales-savvy chatbots that actually do something useful—like growing your business while you're at the beach.
But he’s not all code and conversions—Darren’s also a long-time lover of the sea. When he’s not optimising funnels or building chat flows, you’ll find him in the surf, on a board, or anywhere near the water. Surfing, wakeboarding, snowboarding—you name it, if it involves a board, Darren’s into it.
Tonya is your digital marketing Swiss Army knife. With a Business Degree (majoring Marketing), countless hours of Google Ads, Meta training, and over a decade of hands-on experience, Tonya brings the strategy, voice, and creative spark that gives our chatbots real personality.
She started Rose and Alice Creative in 2017, offering digital marketing, web design and content marketing to growing Kiwi businesses. Along the way, she also launched three of her own businesses, helped Darren re-launch his (we love a good team effort), and supported clients grow their businesses from all walks of life.
From building brands to boosting conversions, Tonya knows how to speak to your customers in a way that feels natural, helpful and, well… human.
Oh, and when she’s not creating digital campaigns or optimising websites, she’s a mum to two daughters, running life in Auckland like a pro (usually with coffee in hand).
